I hope this makes sense, I struggled with this concept at first when I set my unraid rig up as well. I have setup Sonarr to check for TV-Shows with indexers to find them, then Sonarr tells Sabnzbd to download them and execute the script to convert the TV-Shows to MP4, then the TV-Show gets moved to the right folder by Sonarr, Sonarr and Sabnzb deletes the files you dont want and only keep the TV-Show MP4. This way when SAB says “hey this file just finished downloading, and it lives in /data/complete”, Sonarr or Radarr will understand that (because they both have /data mapped to the same folder) and then move them to wherever you have those apps set up to move them to.ĪFAIK you can also set this up within Sonarr/Radarr by using remote path mappings, but I’ve never dealt with that because this setup works fine and never gives me any issues. My Sonarr/Radarr dockers also have /data mapped to /mnt/user/downloads/ so within SAB, my download folders are /data/incomplete and /data/complete My SAB docker has /data mapped to /mnt/user/downloads/. Your problem is that most likely Sonarr/Radarr can’t see where the SAB downloads folder actually is because you don’t have your dockers set up correctly. OP, you can have everything from SAB download into your SAB complete folder with no labels and then let Sonarr/Radarr find it in there and move it to where it needs to go. server to translate queries from apps (Sonarr, Radarr, Lidarr, SickRage, CouchPotato, etc.

People are suggesting to use labels and have SAB do the sorting but I feel like that defeats the purpose of having Sonarr/Radarr do that for you. I'm running Mint Xfce on an old laptop and I have managed to install a few apps, and somewhere around here is the Ubuntu server manual that I bought a few years ago. This is most likely what’s going on. I'm currently downloading to a 1TB SSD which is then moved to the afore mentioned shucked HDD which will be put back into its case. I was able to create the directories under the jail, but. Then, of course, I added the user to the group. Add the API key you saved in step 5 during your SABnzbd configuration. Pick a name for it (for example: ) Add your host (for example: ) Use port 443.

I'm currently running all these apps plus Plex Media Server on my desktop which is a 10 year old Windows 10 machine and I would like to lighten it's load as I'm getting some stuttering with video playback and, it's old. I've tried this approach and a different approach to adding sonarr. The only deviation from default install of Ubuntu was selecting Docker, as I had read that might be the best choice for running the programs I want to run. I have a Fire TV which I've been using as a Plex client.

SABnzbd will download to the 1TB SSD and the others will move the files to a WD 10TB NTFS drive, currently about half filled with media, which will be connected by USB to a newly purchased Nvidia Shield TV Pro which I expect to run Plex media server. My goal is to run SABnzbd, Sonarr, Radarr and Lidarr. Sonarr on Fedora 20 NZBGet is the perfect alternative to SABnzbd if you want. This PC was running WHS 2011 but since there is no more support, I thought I would try Linux. I recently installed Ubuntu Server 20.04 on an old machine consisting of:
